Welcome to my (Lisa) hop stop on the Mayzy May Blog Hop.
I'm sure you've been completed awed and inspired so far, and there's still more stops to go!
You should have arrived here from Trudie's blog. If not, or if you're a little lost, you can go back to the Mayzy Art Challenge blog for the rules and the list of hop stops.
This is my project.

This will (when I have completed them all) be full of notelets and envelopes for my friend to write letters to her baby, just little things she'd want her to know when she herself has babies or funny things that she's experienced whilst being pregnant. My friend will then pass this onto her daughter when she's older. I love this idea. I made something similar for my sister when she was pregnant too.
I have used my favourite Mayzy Art stamp for pregnancy projects; Mama Leah and I've coloured her with Promarkers and Prismacolor pencils. I'm going to give away my secret for colouring hair – especially brown hair: a metallic gold prismacolor pencil. It makes it look like highlights and catches the light when you photograph your finished project..
For my project I have used papers from the Echo Park Eclectic collection, some machine stitching, a studio calico butterfly which I covered in ranger crackle accents and then rubbed tea dye distress inks into once it had all dried. I also used someprima rhinestones and some cabachons, pearls and bling from stash. The alpha stickers are from Lily Bee.
So… I hear you need a word from me for the secret phrase?! My word is YOU.
Your next stop on the blog hop is the wonderful Mayzy Art uber fan ANDA.
Thanks for stopping by!
