Winding Down

Yesterday I packed away all of my Christmas goodies. All of the makes have been made and it’s now time to just kick back and relax and enjoy the rest of the build up to the big day so this may be the last (but one) Christmassey project on my blog for this year and it’s also my design team project for Charisma Cardz this week. The challenge is Christmas Makes and I have made a Gift Card holder. It’s A7 size so perfect for Gift Cards!

This cute little guy is actually the freebie from Birdie Brown’s October freebie challenge but I trimmed away the leaves and coloured him all Christmassey. He’s a cute lil elf, that’s for sure!

Oh So Girly

It’s new challenge day over at Jellypark Friends Friday Challenge and this challenge is all about celebrating girliness. Show us your girly cards!

I’m not sure why her dress photographed like that because it doesn’t look like that up close and personal but hey ho…

For this card I have used papers by MME, some paper lace, punched butterflies, bobble trim and some gems. I have coloured the wonderful Princess for a Day digi stamp by Jellypark which comes with the sentiment that you can also see on my card.

New challenge, new blog!

The challenge this week is to use 3 or more patterned papers and we are sponsored by Robyn’s Fetish.

Here’s my card

I’ve used 4 patterned papers on this card, the papers are all by Melissa Frances and I’ve trimmed them out patchwork style, in small squares.

The image is by LOTV and is called Messy Messages but I just thought the bunny was really sweet.

I’ve added some organza ribbon with a WOC rose in the centre and applied Liquid Pearls around the image panel.
