New challenge day at Mayzy Art and the theme is Rainbows. Whether that’s the colours from the rainbow or actual rainbows on your card, the choice is yours!

I have used Mama Yoga on my card (although you can’t see the bun in the oven).

I’ve used the Kaisercraft Fine and Sunny collection on this card. The papers have an embossed effect on them which can just about see on the photo. I also used two rainbow stickers from the collection to form a circle and a ton of different coloured liquid pearls!

I hope you have a go at the challenge. Remember your card must feature a hand coloured image to qualify!

Christmas Tag

I have a Christmas Tag to share with you today. It’s made with the gorgeous City Sidewalks collection by Pink Paislee, along with some elements from Twig & Berry collection by Kaisercraft. Two of my favourite collections from this year’s crop of Christmas goodness.

Pretty huh?

 

City sidewalks is a slightly lighter hue of cream than Twig and Berry, so to make them look better together, I inked up the edged of the city sidewalks tag with Wheat Versa Magic chalk ink (love that stuff!).  I added rhinestones to the centre of the Poinsettia because you need a bit of the sparkly stuff on Christmas projects! I layered the Tree and then the Merry Christmas die cut on foam dimensionals.

I covered the back of the tag with some more of the paper from City Sidewalks, added a panel of Bazzill Bling paper and then some more of the Kaisercraft die cut poinsettias with rhinestone centres,
