Sister

When I was browsing through Feline Playful at the challenges this photo inspiration from Pinspirational Challenges really caught my eye.

A card didn’t immediately spring to mind but I knew I’d be making a card with it and here it is!

Lisa Card Beatiful, fabulous sister

I used the pink from the flowers for my main background, the white-washed wood grain for the centre panel and then added pops of red with the flower, red stickles and drops of liquid pearls.

The sentiment is made up with a mix of prima word stickers and a pink paislee sentiment stamp and I also added some faux stitching around the wood grain panel.

All papers used are by MME.

Good News and a Card to Share

Good morning peeps. As you know, I have the pleasure of doing some design work for Sarah Paris. Sally, the brains behind the papers, clip arts, digis and more, is featured in two magazines this month and so am I! Chuffed does not describe it…

I did say that I had a card to share and here it is! I’ve been stalking the Prima Marketing Almanac paper pad ever since I saw it on the Prima website for their CHA release. So as soon as I got my hands on it, I had to make a card immediately! I’m such a child about new things!
